Warp-knitted bi-elastic fabric from the new B.I.A. technology (low environmental impact), produced employing polyester yarn and elasthan with a performing brush-finishing and THERMAL by M.I.T.I Its authentic power-points are:low environmental impact during producing-cycle, low CO2 polluting emissions and decreased water and energy consumption very good fastness on colour black, fast also for inlay with light colours and white.

Reliable protection from UV rays. Many textiles worn in the summertime or exposed to the sun offer poor protection from damaging UV rays.

The long wave UV-A rays can penetrate deep into the skin and accelerate its aging. The shorter wave and more energy rich UV-B rays penetrate only a few millimeters into the skin and, due to a pigment change, result in long term browning. Without effective UPF protection (Ultraviolet Protection Factor), aggressive oxygen molecules are released which cause sunburn or which can lead to the formation of melanoma. The Coldblack® technology guarantees a minimum UPF 30 protection when applied to any textile* in any color without affecting the look or feel of the product. As a result, textiles with Coldblack® can make an effective contribution to protecting against harmful UV rays.

Interpower®  - Efficiency Of Movement

A new generation jersey performing fabric produced employing our DUAL e REPOC technologies. Its particular weaving brings to a reduction of the contact points between the worn garment and the skin (REPOC reduced point of contact). This generates a micro-circulation of the air thus avoiding an unpleasant feeling of a sticky fabric on humid skin, producing a well-being, comfortable and free sensation.. Furthermore, our DUAL weaving technology combined with our Interpower treatment helps in removing quickly the sweat to the outside and assures an ever-dry effect. The greater comfort and the well-being sensation that a DUAL fabric generates, can contribute to improving the performances and reducing the fatigue feeling.

Manto W.R.T.

The innovative water repellent treatment rejects water with a drops roll-off effect. Oil and mud are rejected as well so that they can’t penetrate the textiles. As a result, you’ll easily clean & wash your garments.

Nalini - high moisture microfibre

Nalini is a material recently created in modern research laboratories by means of the most advances technologies in the microfibre's production field. Newport is a next-generation fabric, designed to offer high technical performance. Oeko-Tex®

Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 is the ecologic label leader worldwide for textile products tested to check the absence of harmful substances. Moa Sport is certified for textile products class II, i.e. textiles which have a large part of their surface in direct contact with the skin, meaning that their items of clothing, meet the ecological and anatomical quality standards which are currently in force. This “seal of quality” makes all items safe and hazard-free, a true synonym of the high quality Made in Italy brand.

PROTEGO ACTIVE is a special treatment which provides clothes with surprising features, making the garment a real energy dispenser. Based on basket - molecules nanotechnology, with PROTEGO ACTIVE garments are treated through application of nano - particles which can absorb substances in itself and then release them within a predetermined time. These particles can be re-loaded simply by washing in a solution which is available in recharge kit. Studies and panel tests evidence testify that wearing a PROTEGO treated garment provides you with improved sport performance, as well as better comfort, better muscle tonicity and lower need to drink.

RE-PET Is the new eco-friendly fabric developed by MOA SPORT and obtained through the recycling of PET bottles. PET yarns have same peculiarities of polyester yarns, but guarantee lower environmental impact .The use of this fabric respects the environment and contributes to energy conservation and to the preservation of natural resources

Resistex®

Resistex® is antistatic because its special conductive fibres absorb and dissipate electric charges. It speeds up the evaporation process of perspiration, slows down the formation of humidity on the skin and keeps the temperature constant. It is Shielding because it protects the body from absorbing static energy electrosmog and UV rays. It is bacteriostatic because it respects the skin and protects it from bacteria and pollutant dusts, eliminating the risk of annoying allergies. Sunpaque® sports material contains high-density ceramic in the core of each fiber. The ceramic core prevents Sunpaque® from being transparent, even when wet, which is a frequent problem with conventional polyester materials. The core also blocks UV rays, providing exceptional sun protection. Sunpaque® is an ideal fabric for use in men’s, and in particular women’s, summer active-wear, where fashion and performance are required.

A classical double opposite interlace warp knitted fabric, produced using an exclusive super dull polyester yarn and elastomer and employing our newest SUPER 40 looms. A comfortable and performing fabric which has its main strengthpoint in the outstanding covering feature which is a consequence of the use of a special polyester yarn. Its compactness, density and balanced multidirectional elasticity (belonging to Super 40 Technique), make it the ideal fabric to be employed in sportswear, in white colour, even in combination with other plane dyed polyamide fabrics.

Summertime special is the new extra comfort fabric made by Moa sport. Produced with microfiber yarns, it gives to the garment the pleasant feeling of a soft touch and good movement. Elastic and light weight, it grants the perfect fit and a great performance, coming from its fast drying and utmost perspiration.

Hollow-core fibre provide Thermolite® fabrics with built-in insulation and wicking. Hollow-core fibre technology provides the most warmth at the lightest weight. The larger surface area allows for faster evaporation by speeding moisture away from the skin to the surface of the fabric where it can evaporate more quickly.
